Every sound clip has its own built-in volume setting. However, it may be louder or quieter than the rest of your slideshow. If you need to adjust the volume of just one media clip, here's how to do it. I'm on the slide 3 of my presentation and when I preview my sound... (Male speaker: Hansel and Petal is awesome.) I can hear that that's way too loud. Go up to the Audio Tools Playback tab and look for the Volume button. When I drop it down, I have several different levels. If I need to turn the volume down, click Low.
If you need to increase it, click High. If you need a smaller increment, choose Medium. There's also an option for Mute, but that applies more to videos. What good would a mute sound clip be? I'll make this Low. Now when I play my slideshow, the volume of the clip will be much more reasonable. (Male speaker: Hansel and Petal is awesome. It's actually...) Perfect! I'll hit Escape. The ability to set the volume for each of your sound clips may come in handy if they were created at a variety of levels.
