In Outlook 2010 Power Shortcuts, author David Diskin shares an assortment of time-saving tips and tricks to maximize efficiency and productivity in Outlook 2010. When we're in a hurry, nothing beats using the keyboard to get things done quickly. Outlook let's us jump through our Calendar, Contact list, and our Inbox with simple keystrokes, and they are easy to remember. From anywhere within Outlook, press Ctrl+2 to view your Calendar. Ctrl+3 shows your Contacts, Ctrl+4 your Tasks, Ctrl+5 your Notes, and Ctrl+1 brings you back to your mail. Now if you have a trouble remembering which one's which, just look in the lower left-hand corner: 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5.
