As long as we have a full proper address for a given contact, we can get directions to the location with a single click. Here I have a contact opened up, and note how I have their business address completely filled in. I have got a meeting with them coming up, so I am going to click on the Map It button to get directions to the location. Microsoft's mapping service, Bing Maps, appears with the location already selected. I can click Directions to here and enter my starting address.
Now, I have got directions, which I can print, e-mail, or send to my mobile device. In our next video, I will show you how we can modify the look of our contacts listing in a variety of ways.
