As long as we have a full proper address for a given contact, we can get directions to their location with a single-click. Here I have a contact open up and notice how they have their complete address already entered. Since I am heading to a meeting with them, I need to get directions from my place to theirs. With their address displayed, I come up to the ribbon and choose Map. Your default browser opens up to Microsoft's Bing Maps. with the address located on the screen.
I can click the pin, choose Directions to here, and on the left enter my starting location. Now that I have directions on the screen, I can print them, email them, or send them to my mobile device. In our next two videos, I'll show you how we can modify the look of our contacts listing in variety of ways.
