By default, Outlook shows us our calendar broken down into half hour increments. We can change this. By pointing at the Timescale on the left and right-clicking, we can change the Timescale from 1 hour all the way down to 5-minute increments. Here I'm looking at the scale in 5-minute increments. This is great for people who need to do billing on 5-minute scales. Here is the half-hour default and here is the 1 hour option.
This can also be useful in very small displays with a standard default of half-an-hour just doesn't show enough of your calendar. Coming up in our next video is a way to quickly find any appointment in our calendar.
