Adding page backgrounds, borders, and watermarks
Aside from headers and footers, there are other design elements that can be applied to the pages in your document. Think about colored backgrounds, borders, even watermarks, which could be text, or images faded in the background behind your content. When we apply those to documents, if we have sections, they'll be considered as well. So, let's continue working with our Home Recipes document. If you jumped to this lesson, you can get caught up by opening up Home Recipes3. Now, on our first page, we have no header, or footer, and then on page 2, we begin a new section. So, section 2 begins here, and it does have a different first page header, and footer than the rest of our document. So, we'll keep that in mind as we go to page 2, and start working with some of those design elements. Just click anywhere on page 2. And next, we'll go to the Design tab on the ribbon, and give that a click. Off to the right-hand side, you can see there is a Page Background section. So, let's begin with…
