Oflow additions
- The Foundry has invested a lot of research into approving the motion estimation use for Kronos and the vector generator for NukeX and he has transferred this technology into the Oflow node in regular Nuke. In addition to that, the Oflow node has aquired some very useful new features. To take a look, let's select the read node. Come up to the Time and select Oflow. The first thing we'll see in the property panel is this input range here. This refers to the input range of the input clip. If we change the length of the clip, for example, I open up the read node and I set the frame range to start on the frame 10. If you click reset here then the input range will sync up with the read node. I can put the read node frame range back to one and click reset and that resets the Oflow node. I'm gonna close that read node property panel. The next new features is the channels popup. You can now select whatever channels you want to do your optical flow. In the past, you had to shuffle them out…
