Autodesk MatchMover is the perfect camera-tracking companion for Maya, and it now comes bundled with Maya 2010 and later. Staff author George Maestri gives you an introduction to MatchMover's interface and automatic matching capabilities, and then shows how to import MatchMover scenes into Maya, solve for cameras, and do object-based tracking.
Hi, I'm George Maestri and welcome to Entertainment Creation Suite: Getting Started with MatchMover. Now this is a very short course covering just the basics of MatchMover that will hopefully get you up and running with the software. We're going to start off with the basic MatchMover interface, explore automatic matching, and then import some MatchMover scenes into Maya. After that we'll go a little bit more advanced, we're going to work with the full interface of MatchMover.
We're going to solve for cameras, and do some object-based tracking. So I hope you enjoy this course.
