Jen Kramer

Jen Kramer educates clients, colleagues, friends, and students about what a quality web site is and how to create one. She currently teaches courses in web design and development through Harvard Extension School, National University, Community College of Vermont, and the Center for Digital Imaging Arts at Boston University, as well as commercial Joomla! training courses through osTraining. She is also a frequent speaker at conferences from around the world, and she has spoken to audiences in Guatemala, Europe, Australia, and the United States. Jen has written two books, Joomla! Start to Finish: How to Plan, Execute, and Maintain Your Web Site and Joomla! 24-Hour Trainer. She earned a BS in biology at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MS in internet strategy management at the Marlboro College Graduate School.
