Jen Kramer

Jen Kramer educates clients, colleagues, friends, and students about what a quality web site is and how to create one. She develops sites that are functional, usable, accessible, and supportive of business and marketing goals. Through her full-service web development company, 4Web, Inc., she builds highly customized Joomla! sites for small businesses, nonprofits, government agencies, and educational institutions. She also manages the Joomla! User Group New England, at http://www.joomlanewengland.org/. She has previously taught at the Marlboro College Graduate School, Champlain College, Community College of Vermont, and Boston University Center for Digital Imaging Arts. Jen has written two books, Joomla! Start to Finish: How to Plan, Execute, and Maintain Your Web Site and Joomla! 24-Hour Trainer. She earned a BS in biology at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MS in internet strategy management at the Marlboro College Graduate School.
