In addition to taking photos with the Instagram application, you also have the ability to simply load photos into the Instagram app that you might have taken with another application. Or, if you just use the default Camera app on your phone, you might want to bring one of those photos into the Instagram app in order to edit it using some of the cool Instagram filters. In order to do that, all you have to do is tap the Camera icon in the center of the navigation and then down at the bottom there's this little icon in the left-hand corner and if you tap that it's going to take you to your photos and then you can access things like your Camera Roll or if you happen to use the Photo Stream in iOS, you can tap on My Photo Stream as well.
All you have to do is navigate to the area you want to go to and then find a photograph that you would like to edit with Instagram. So let's choose this photo here and then you have the ability to then Move and Scale the photo any way you want. Once you get the photo exactly like you want it, just hit Choose and that's going to take you into Instagram and allow you to edit it using any of the filters and controls that are available to you inside of the app.
