One of the easiest ways to interact with people on Instagram is to like and comment on the photos that they posted. And so once you navigate to somebody's profile or if you see a photo pop up in your news feed that you like, in order to access that photo, all you have to do is just tap on it, and it will load up. And once you get into the photo itself, you have the ability down here at the bottom to either like the photo or to comment on the photo. So if you were to like the photo, it's just a one click thing. You like it, and that gives instant approval to this person letting them know, "Hey! You know what, I thought what you did here was pretty cool." So I'm just going to like it.
If you want to comment on the photo, you just tap the Comment button, and then you can leave a comment. Once you have your comment typed out, just hit Send, and it will automatically post that comment just like so. Now, in addition to commenting and liking from the mobile application, you can also comment and like from the web as well. So, if we jump over into the website now for Instagram, let's assume that somebody posted this on Facebook or Twitter and I click the link and it took me to this page.
There is no real web presence for Instagram, but you can still view photos of Instagram posts on the Instagram website, and so you can see here that it's already got some likes, and it's got some comments as well. And so, if I wanted to like this, I just click here, and I've now liked it. I'm logged into the Instagram system via the web mind you, and so I can like it directly from there. I can also post a comment. And so, I can look at the comments so far, and I can respond to any comments here. Once I have that comment ready, I just press Enter or Return on my keyboard, and it goes like that.
And so, once I have those posted from there or my mobile application, I'm now interacting with other people, carrying on a conversation about the Instagram photos that they have posted or I have posted, and it's just an overall better experience by interacting with others and getting a conversation going around the ideas that you shared.
