Last time we created this little word, baby, made out of little, fluffy, pillows. We can do something similar this time. Same word, baby, but we're going to make it out of little clouds. Nice, soft, little, clouds, even more pillowy than these little pillows. So we're going to turn off these, all these layers right here, just to see the background, the white background. And we're in the background, and I'm going to take a black for my foreground color and I'm going to choose a really soft brush, right here. Which does that, right? So what I'm going to do, is I'm going to bring down the Opacity down to about a 50%, and I'm just going to draw a little shape right here.
Couple of nice little shapes like that. Alright, right there like that. Then I'm going to make it even smaller, and we'll throw in a couple little darker tones right in, in the middle in certain spots. Just so we have a couple little darker ones right in there like so. And soften it up and bring down the Opacity to about a 20% and just kind of add a couple little extra little tones in certain spots, and a couple of darker ones just like in there like that. Now this is looking kind of bizarre. What exactly is this going to be? Well, right not it's not anything, but when I select it, I'm going to turn it into a brush called a Brush Preset, and we'll call it, Little Clouds.
'Kay so now, I can just delete this to the background color which is white and say okay. Now, what I'm going to do is change the background from white to a nice sky color. So from my Foreground Color, I'll pick this nice blue, nice bright blue like that. For the Background Color, we'll pick a much lighter shade of blue like that. And with our Gradient tool, we'll throw a little gradient into our background like so to create a nice kind of a blue sky. Now on top of that I'm going to create a layer which we'll call our Cloudy Text. Alright, there it is, Cloudy Text.
And choose white for my foreground color, get my paint brush and choose that blue cloud, which should appear right here at the end, right? Now, what does it do? Let's set the Opacity back up to 100%, make it a little smaller and what it does is it just creates this nice little thing like that. Okay, let's undo that. What I'm going to do is go into my Brush engine here. Right here and I'm going to give it a little spacing. Little spaces so we start to see the individual tips. And in my Shape Dynamics, I've got my Size Jitter going 100% so we've got different sizes, but don't want to get too small.
Right there, and we've got our Angle Jitter set to 100%. And the roundness is just painted a little bit. Now that we see these gaps in here, maybe we get the Size Jitter a little less, about like that, and we'll take in the spacing just a little. There we go. So now what's starting to happen is we're starting to get that, see? It's getting a whole different kind of an effect here. So now, we're going to get our type. Now we created a type last week but, this time it's going to be a little different. Last time we used bold, notice that this time I'm using light. So I'm going in here and type in the word baby just like before, the word baby.
Which I can then go in there and do something like maybe make it a little taller like so, like that, there we go. Now, this time we did it in the layer. Last time we put it into a channel. What's going to happen this time is that I'm going to take that type and say Create Work Path, and there you can see it created a path for the letters. So now, in my layers I can take the text and, throw it away, don't need it anymore. Now I've created another layer, and we'll call this one Cloudy Text, because this will actually be the text.
Here's our little path. I get my Paintbrush. I'm in the Paintbrush, which right now is creating this kind of an effect. Let's make those just a little bit smaller, and we'll bring the Opacity down to say about maybe 70%. Now, I'm in the Paintbrush. I got white selected. I got the right tip selected. So I come over to my paths and I say, Work Path, which we're going to save it, and say Stroke. And there you can see that we've stroked the, all these nice little things. Now what we'll do, is we'll make the brush a little bit smaller.
Make the brush a little bit smaller, and we'll bring up the Opacity a little bit. We'll bring the Opacity up to about a 90, and we'll make the brush a little bit smaller. Make that brush just a little smaller, about like that, and we'll, we'll just test it out. There's, there's what it looks like, and we'll go ahead and stroke the path again. Click OK. There we start to see that we got this nice little cloudy text. Now what I'm going to do as a final touch is I'm going to go in there, and just very lightly, fill in some of those little holes, those little gaps that we have in there. Little tiny gaps, see, where ever we see those.
Then I'm going to make the brush a little bit bigger and bring down the Opacity to about 20%. Another 20% and I'm just going to kind of touch certain little spots just to kind of add little happy little clouds that are on the outside that are forming this overall letter. See so we just kind of, tap them into little places like that. Right in there like that, and there we go. Now we see that the word baby is made up of all these nice little happy clouds up there. There you go.
Now we've got them all in place, and let's fill up that little gap in there. There we go. So now, there we see that now the word baby is made up of nice little clouds. We can add a little underline to it too. We can just go in there and just kind of draw this little thing like that. And as a final touch, just to make it even more random, we'll go in there and we'll just do a little distort. We'll do a little warp on this. So we can kind of bring up this side here. Bend these over a little bit like this and bend this over like that and twist this, just to start getting this little feeling, like, the wind is kind of blowing our little clouds around and so on.
And there we see, that we now have the word baby made out of little clouds.
