Hi, this is Chris Converse. And in this course, we're going to take a web based project and convert it into a native application for iPad using PhoneGap Build. This online service from Adobe allows us to upload a zip archive of our web experience and they'll compile native applications from multiple mobile platforms right on the website. In this course I'm going to be starting from a previous lynda.com project where we created a web-based application for iPad, and we're going to use PhoneGap Build to convert that web experience into a native application. Now you don't need to be working from a web application to get this to work.
You can use any HTML file to compile a native application in PhoneGap Build. So with that, grab your web files and let's create a native application for iPad.
