There is a great saying: "If you can measure it, you can manage it." It is always helpful to measure success of any web channel, and here are some ways to measure the success of your Google+ Business page. What we're looking at here is a really simple sales funnel and marketing in its true definition means maximizing exchanges. And how do you maximize exchanges? Well, exchanges include things like awareness or communication, information distribution, connection, service, and sales.
Sales is more of a quantitative type of measurement where things like connection and communication are a little more qualitative. Awareness can actually be quantitative and measured through the form of website traffic which we'll look at in the next movie. But when you are thinking about success, I encourage you to look at all the pieces of the sales funnel and understand that Google+ for Business is going to help you brand build and boost business, and there are qualitative and quantitative ways to look at that.
