Setting glyph properties
Each glyph in your font has it's own individual properties that you can set. Now, remember within a font, some letters are going to be wider than others; some are going to be taller than others. So it really makes sense that you could be able to control properties of those letter forms individually. Usually for icon fonts, you'll be probably working within the same bounding box each time. So, more than likely, all of your glyphs are probably going to share the same physical properties. Well regardless, before you begin to importing your artwork or drawing your glyphs within the application itself, you need to go ahead and set your properties to ensure that your artwork fits within the boundaries that you're looking for. So, I'm going to be working with the chunky mobile file from the 0 4 underscore 0 6 directory, and you'll notice if I scroll down through my glyphs pane, that I've added a lot of glyphs for you from our last exercise.
