Setting font preferences
The last thing that we need to do before we generate and download our font is to set some of the overall font preferences. So here I am back at IcoMoon and I've got my font all ready to go, before I download it though, I'm going to go ahead and check out the preferences. Which are available right up here with this little Preferences button. If I click on that, it's going to bring up my font. It gives me a chance to name it. It's not really IcoMoon. It's not their font set anymore because I've mixed and matched so much stuff together. So I'm just going to come up with a name for it. I think I'm going to call it mini icon or minicon. Which sounds like a convention of some sorts, but you know, whatever, minicon. Come up with whatever you want to for it. Now, you'll notice that we have a class prefix and a class postfix, what does that mean? Well, each of our glyphs has a name. So for this one for example is home, right?
