Now that we have our web graphics all created for the website, it's time to go ahead and start building an HTML webpage, which will contain the slices that we just created in GIMP. [00:00:12 .50] KompoZer is a "what you see is what you get" HTML editor. It's somewhat similar to Dreamweaver, in that it has both a Design View as well as a Code View. You can use it to edit HTML and you can use the CSS Editor within it to create styles.
To download it, if you click on the Download button here in the middle of the webpage, this will take you to the download location for the Windows version of the software. If you are a Macintosh person or if you're a Windows person you can go to the Download link at the top of the page. The download page on KompoZer will allow you to download the most recent version of KompoZer for Windows, Mac, or Linux. Scroll down the page and you can find the US English version of the software.
Pick either Windows or Mac and go ahead and download it and install the software on your computer. Once you have got KompoZer installed, go ahead and open it up and we'll get started building our HTML webpage.
