I'm going to show the Camera Roll for just a minute because that plays a role and how we can use our mobile Flicker app. The first thing that I want to show you and of course that Camera Roll is our Photos app right here, let me just tap on that. The reason I want to bring in over here is because I've set up the Flickr mobile app so that it records both the original photo that I took. And then also saves the edited photo that I took to my Camera Roll.
I like doing it that way and as you may recall if you saw an earlier movie, that is a preference... But here is the edited shot and I'm just going to swipe, and there's my original shot. And I have both of those, and actually since I use Photo Stream both of those are going to go into my iCloud backup. So, I'm just backed up everywhere. Now, I'm going to go tap on Camera Roll. Bring us back to here and I'm going to go ahead and tap on my Home button. We're going to open the Flickr app again.
I'm going to tap on my Camera, but instead of taking a picture, I want to use a picture for my Camera Roll, so I'm going to tap on this icon right down here. And you see that I have all the photos that are available on my iPhone, available to me here. But I'm going to go to my Camera Roll, I'm going to tap on that. I'm going to tap on this image right here. And I'm going to tap on Done. And there we go.
And now we can do all the usual stuff that we talked about. We can apply filters if we want to the image. We can edit it. I tapped on that little pencil there. Basically, we can treat it just like a photo that we took. So, you have access to the images on your Camera Roll Just as well as the image that you take with your iPhone. And then depending on how you have your preferences set when you do the editing here, you can have both the original and the edited shot saved to your phone. A lot of flexibility.
You set it up the way that works best for you.
