Flex 3 Essential Training

with David Gassner

Video: Welcome

Hi, my name is David Gassner and I would like to welcome you to this video series, Flex 3 Essential Training. In this video series, I am going to describe for new Flex developers how to install Flex Builder 3 and how to build and deploy Flex applications. The focus of this video series will be on building applications deployed over the web. In another video series, AIR Essential Training, I will be describing how to take those applications and deploy them as desktop applications, using the Adobe Integrated Runtime. Also, there will be a follow-on video training series called Flex 3 Beyond the Basics in which I will cover integration with ColdFusion, ASP.NET, PHP and Java-based servers.
