Using the Paste in Place command to organize layers

Another way to organize your layers is to use a special command in Flash called Paste in Place. Paste in Place simply pastes an object in the same place where you copied it from. So let's take a look at how that works and how to create new layers and how to organize your layers using that command. So I am going to select the water1 layer in the Timeline and I am going to create a new layer by clicking the New Layer button. That's the Paper icon in the bottom left of the Timeline. So I'll click that button then it has the default name of Layer 1. So if I double-click that name, I am just going to change its name to water. I am going to put all of the water on one layer. So to do that, I am going to use this Paste in Place command. So I'll select water 6 layer and then I will cut the water out of that layer by pressing Command or Ctrl+X and I will select the water layer and then I will paste in place with Edit > Paste in Place.
