So you just edited your film and you want to get it out there on the web and show everybody your awesome creation. So how do we do that in Elements 10? Let's go over here to the Share button, and we've already covered disc DVDs, and we're going to go into the next menu, which is Online. And when I go here, I've got some choices. I can go to photoshop.com, if you remember, Facebook, and YouTube, and lastly there is Podbean, if this is a podcast you are making.
So we are going to go to YouTube, because actually, I can put this up on YouTube and make sure that it shares on a Facebook, so I can kill two birds with one stone if I would like. And within the presets here, you have several different presets you can choose from. Since this is just standard- definition footage, I really don't need High Definition, because it's not going to scale up very well. So I am just going to keep it on Flash Video for YouTube. And I want to click Share Work Bar Area Only, and what is the work bar? We go back into our Timeline.
This gray bar is the work bar. If I pulled it out here, I'm adding black video; there is nothing at there, because that's the work area. So you want to make sure your work area is exactly to the end of your video, and we are going to share that work bar only, and we are going to press Next. And now I have got to sign in. And I am going to call this The Dance and describe it, Santa Barbara's Awesome Dance Company, and Tags.
I am also going to put dance, and I want to add Santa Barbara. And that's a nonprofit, so yeah, I am going to leave it at Nonprofit, but I can choose other things here if I would like to, so we will leave that alone, and choose Next. And do I want the public to view this? Well, yes, because I actually want to get some publicity for them, and this is copyrighted material. There are all these different disclaimers, but if you're a member of YouTube, it's pretty standard. And we will click Share, and now we'll see it being rendered and uploaded.
So our share is complete, our video has been uploaded, and you can see here, there's the address. We can click on that and go see it, and we can go back and make some more videos. So as you see in Elements 10, you can easily share your creations with the world.
