Lesson planning on an iPad
Hello educators. With more and more digital resources being used in the classroom, keeping lesson plans that include all of these different digital elements can be a challenge. Well, a new iPad application called School for One makes planning lessons using digital elements, as well as storing those lessons, easy. Let's go ahead and take a look at how the application works. Here on my iPad I've logged into School for One. Creating an account is fairly simple. You choose either the role of a student or an educator, and then you just create a log-in account and log in. Here on the Home page you'll notice it's a very simple set up. On the left-hand side I have a column for the classes, and we'll create one in just a second. And then at the bottom of the screen, I have four main navigation areas, my Classes, my recordings, a resource browser, as well as school-based resources. To get started, I'm simply going to hit the Plus button in the upper left hand corner to create our first class…
