- How did your squarish dinosaurs turn out? Are you feeling creatively instinct? What is hard taking a rectangular shape creature and fitting it into a square format? What dinosaur was the hardest for you to draw? Which one was the one you liked the best? Here's how mine turned out. When I approached this, I've always like dinosaurs, and I was originally thinking of another theme for theme this specific exercise, but then, I came to dinosaurs just because it's a universally fun topic to draw from. So, the first one with the brontosaurs, even though he's very liner in terms of his length. He has a body that's forgiving when you form it into a specific shape. Same with the stegosaurus and the T-rex was probably out of all four of them the easiest for me to work in that format. The one that I really kind of had a challenge to make work well, and I think it's okay, I don't think it's too bad is the pterodactyl.
