Let's start sketching and making notes. Using the sample project concept as a basis for our brainstorming. Because we cannot measure how many girls actually go on to become engineers and scientists. That's too vague. We're going to instead set this as a short-term goal. To get as many guidance counselors as possible reporting back to us that the poster campaign elicited questions. More questions than they usually get. Get girls inquiring about math careers. That's your mission. In other words don't put pressure on yourself to design a poster that can change your kids life. No poster can do that. But if it sparks a conversation it has done it's job. Let's get Maggie or Lindsay to ask questions to their guidance counselors. Much more doable right?
