I'm against all public order in Rio. I need to do it, but I'm against it. Just kidding. (laughing) It's interesting because like you go today, there's a place here called [unintelligible]. It's a bunch of bars. Very informal. People that live there they wanna shoot those people drinking beer on the streets. And there are some restaurants and the guys they put the tables on the sidewalk. The law will not allow it. I mean, I'm the mayor. I need to follow the law. But if it was for my opinion, just put the tables there. The other day the city hall went... The [unintelligible] went there and took one of the tables and the guy was having a beer, he sat down on the sidewalk, put his beer there and I told the guy from [unintelligible], "I would do the same. "I mean come on, let the guy..." Because we need to understand, we need to have people on the streets in cities. If people are inside, indoors, the city's not a livable place.
