But what about all the other things, those least valuable positions, the LVPs, what do we do with those? Well, the easiest place to begin is by outsourcing. Hiring freelancers. Finding someone else, one at a time, to do those things for you. What I'm going to share with you in this video is a process that I've used myself in my business and have taught to many other small business owners. And it's very successful, in quickly and fairly painlessly, locating contractors. Number one, is identify some freelancer site that you're comfortable with. There are several websites that will allow you to hire people from all around the world to provide the service of online tasks. Just find one that other people recommend and you're comfortable with.
