- A good friend of mine and my business coach often likes to say, there are two universal truths. It's lonely at the top and it's difficult to self-correct. That is nowhere more true than as a business owner. You're often all by yourself up at the top. You're holding other people accountable but who's holding you accountable? How do you know what you need to correct? Who do you turn to, to get that help? In this video I'm going to explore four options that may be a fit for you. The first option are friends and family. Now this is a relatively an easy option because they are close at hand, right? They are easily accessible and they care about you. They want to help you succeed. The problem with friends and family is there is a lot of bias built in particularly if they're family members because your success or failure as a business owner is tied to their success or failure.
