Your boss who you just can't seem to please? Maybe you're thinking about that trip to see your in-laws next weekend. Understanding stress management is one of the most important skill sets any person can have. The truth is there are many things that cause us stress in life. Some of them are due to our choices, and some have nothing to do with us, but are created by the people around us.

You can be young or old, you might be working in your first job, or you could be a seasoned professional. It doesn't matter, everyone experiences stress. A little stress isn't a bad thing. In fact, it can be motivational. However, high stress is all too common and is a huge problem, it can cause you harm physically, and it can cause you to damage the relationships that surround you. Here's the good news: You don't have to experience high stress very often at all, if you know how to manage it.

In this course, we'll talk about the different ways stress is created, so you can raise your consciousness and get better at predicting when it might happen. We'll also cover several specific and easy-to-use tactics to keep stress in check. In the end, how much stress you experience is best viewed as a choice you make.
