Thanks so much for joining me. I know that searching for a job, especially in today's market, can be confusing, frustrating and even a bit intimidating. Whatever you do, don't give up. Keep focused and remember to target each resume that you write towards each individual employer, starting with the employer you would like to work for most and working your way on down, if that even becomes necessary. It's important to know what you want, what the employer wants, and match your skills to their needs.
