It's really necessary that we get space, and room, to be able to do the things that are meaningful to us without being distracted, or without being overwhelmed or confused. It's possible to actually do that.
I'm David Allen and I've spent the last 30 years researching the best practices and have developed a methodology known as getting things done. It basically includes very simple steps to capture things that have your attention, clarify exactly what they mean, organize them appropriately so I can step back and reflect and review. On the whole nature of my world and my work and its commitments, so that then I can make good intuitive trusted choices about how do I focus, what am I doing, minute to minute, day to day.
And all of these steps lead you to the final step of being able to engage with your world in meaningful ways with a clear head and clear focus. It's easy to do. Let's get started.
