So the education that I had at the time, I was very fortunate because back in 1980 in the UK, we still had the opportunity to have apprenticeships. So I left school at 16 and went straight to Jaguar. And at that point, we did a four year apprenticeship. So I did a technical apprenticeship. So they gave you exposure to different areas within the organization: engineering, body, chassis, engines, and, and the whole gamut. So that was really my grounding. And at the same time, the the education portion was done at Coventry Polytechnic, which had a very clear focus on engineering.
