Tagging HVAC plans

The good thing is, you have a pretty cool mile. The bad thing is, nobody knows what they're looking at because you don't have any notes on your drawing. The objective of this video is to start adding tags to our items. We'll first explore the different tag types, then I'll go back and examine the information that gets added to your equipment once it's actually tagged. To get started, let's zoom in on the area where our VAV boxes are. On the work space switching, let's make sure we're set to HVAC. Next thing I want to do is tag this VAV, then we're going to tag this one. On the Home tab, find the Annotation Panel. Let's click the Tag drop down and VAV Fan Powered Box. Zoom in on your VAV and make sure it's highlighted. Once it's highlighted, go ahead and select it. Go ahead and place the tag right about here. The flow, let's type in 1500. Let's click OK. Now it's not an air unit, but that's okay. We can change this tag, this VAV-1. To do that, go ahead and select your actual VAV. Open…
