Now of course when it comes time to work inside of Illustrator, you are perfectly set-up to create just about anything you could imagine, when it comes to creating vector graphics. That's what Illustrator does, works with vector graphics. So in this video, we're going to create a custom line for our map. And we're going to use some of the unique tools available only inside of Illustrator to achieve the desired results. So let's get started. Start by going up under File and choose New. Let's start by looking at the Profile pull down, I want to click on that and choose Video and Film. Since we've been working at 1280, go ahead and click down on the pull down next to size and let's choose HDV HDTV 720. Now we're good to go ahead and click okay. In this blank document, I'm just going to go ahead and use the pen tool to create our path for our map.
