If you create a report that contains repeated data fields it's possible to hide all the duplicated values so that your report is cleaner and easier to read. Scroll to the bottom of your Navigation pane and open up the Products Report. See how it repeats Alberquina, Alberquina, Alberquina, for all five bottle sizes then Extra Virgin, Extra Virgin, and then First Cold Press, First Cold Press. Let's change this report so that you see Alberquina and Extra Virgin for the first occurrence, but then I gets hidden after that. Switch over to the Layout View and press F4 on your keyboard to switch to the Property Sheet.
Click on the Product field, one of the instances of Alberquina, make sure you're on the Format tab and scroll down to the bottom of the Property Sheet. Look for Hide Duplicates and change No to Yes. You'll immediately see all the repeated values disappear, and here is what our report looks like. Hiding duplicates removes redundant data from your report making it easier to read.
