These are the two MIDI cables that are run from my station to the station of our drummer, Matt Johnson. This is quite an incredible drum kit that he built to incorporate electronic elements and serve as a drum kit that suits his purposes. Incredibly color coded and extraordinarily functional. Matt is able to play multiple parts at the same time. And he can play parts with his feet that are supposed to be played with your hands and vice versa because of this layout. And the electronic elements here are of two kinds: one is acoustic drum triggers, which are mounted on acoustic drums. So snare trigger here. Kick trigger down here. Another snare trigger on the second snare. In addition to the acoustic snare triggers, we have electronic drum pads and other elements. So these two drum pads by Roland, and these two bars by Roland.
