If you are premium member of lynda.com, or if you are watching this tutorial on a DVD-ROM, you have access to the exercise files used throughout this title. I have copied the files to my Desktop. Let's take a look. Inside this Exercise Files folder, you will see there is a folder for most chapters. Inside the chapter, there is a folder for most of the movies. Let's take a look at Chapter 03, Movie 02. Inside this folder, are two folders: InfoReaders is the starter project, and InfoReader-Done is the finished version of the project.
I am going to double-click on InfoReader. Inside here is an SNL file. That's the typical way you start up a project in Visual Studio. Occasionally, the SLN file will be in one of the subfolders, next to the CSPROJ or VBPROJ file. If you are a monthly subscriber or annual subscriber to lynda.com, you don't have access to the exercise files, but you can follow along with your own projects and assets. Let's get started.
