Animating consonant phonemes: M, F, and L
Now let's take a look at trailing consonants. Those are consonants that happen after the vowel. So in this case, we're going to look at m, f, and l. So let's take a look at m. >> M. M. >> So, m is pretty simple. Basically, we're going to start with an eh sound. And then, it will transition into more of an m. Right around 13 or so is where the m is starting to be pretty strong. So for this one, I'm going to start a few frames before and you can see that it really gets pretty loud around frame five. So I'm going to start at frame three, give me two frames to get there. And I'm going to set a key for my neutral pose and then just get kind of an eh sound, so something like that. And then at 13 I want to get an m. So I'm just going to go ahead and close the lips, widen the mouth just a little bit. Now I have an option to tighten the lips if I want. But I'm not going to tighten them too much because M is a lot more relaxed than something like B or P. So I'm going to go ahead and set a key…
